Support and Training

Runge offers several support and maintenance options designed to meet the wide variety of needs and expectations of our customers. The options range from full 24/7 coverage to a minimal coverage providing basic support.  The components that make up the different support packages are tailored for each customer.

 

Support components include:

  • Help Desk (incident logging and management)
  • User support by phone or email
  • Access to an online solutions database
  • Customised monthly reporting (for example Mining Dynamics Support performance including outstanding incidents)
  • Assistance with software upgrades (level of support depends on the purchased support package).
  • Preferred rate for training
  • Assistance in resolving any technical issues with embedded third-party products (that is, products distributed with Mining Dynamics software) or products that interact with Mining Dynamics.

 

Maintenance components include:

  • Regular software upgrades
  • Patches
  • Updated documentation.

 

Mining Dynamics Support also offers a range of additional services including training and customer system enhancements.
