The options range from full 24/7 coverage to a minimal coverage providing basic support. The components that make up the different support packages are tailored for each customer.
Support components include:
Help Desk (incident logging and management)
User support by phone or email
Access to an online solutions database
Customised monthly reporting (for example Mining Dynamics Support performance including outstanding incidents)
Assistance with software upgrades (level of support depends on the purchased support package).
Preferred rate for training
Assistance in resolving any technical issues with embedded third-party products (that is, products distributed with Mining Dynamics software) or products that interact with Mining Dynamics.
Maintenance components include:
Regular software upgrades
Patches
Updated documentation.
